Eligibility Criteria To ensure a smooth return process for your WOW Clothings or ARURA apparel, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must remain attached.
  • The product must be free of any scents (perfume, smoke, etc.) or stains (makeup, deodorant).
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Return Window

Customers have a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Requests made after this window will unfortunately not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Intimate wear, including specific personal use items.
  • Jewelry and hair accessories.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Products We pride ourselves on premium quality, but if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  • Notify our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • Provide clear photographs of the damage along with your order number.
  • Once the damage is verified, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
  • You will be offered a choice of a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchange Process

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability:

  • Initiate an exchange request through our online portal.
  • Once your original item is received and inspected, the new item will be shipped out.
  • If the requested size/color is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.

Refund Timelines

Once your return is received at our warehouse:

  • Inspection: Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to inspect the returned items.
  • Processing: After approval, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Credit Appearance: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued via the following methods:

  • Original Payment Method: The total amount (minus shipping) will be credited back to your original credit card or digital wallet.
  • Store Credit: Customers may opt for store credit, which is issued instantly upon approval and never expires.

Cancellation Rules

  • Pre-Shipping: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of placement or until the order has been processed for shipping.
  • Post-Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait for the delivery and follow the standard return process.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will cover all shipping costs via a prepaid label.
